1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to products and services provided under the Food Symphony® brand, operated by FSPARTNER OÜ.

It covers digital products, professional services, coaching, advisory work, and subscriptions where applicable.

 

2. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Food Symphony in writing by email to:

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- Services that have already been fully or partially delivered with the customer’s prior consent

- Coaching, advisory sessions, or professional services already performed

- Customised or tailored services or deliverables

- Digital content once access has been granted or the download has started

By purchasing such services or accessing digital content, the customer expressly agrees to waive the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

 

 

4. Refund Conditions

Where a refund is applicable:

- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

- Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days after approval.

- Any services already delivered may be deducted from the refundable amount.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the following are non-refundable:

- Time already spent on analysis, reporting, or preparation

- Custom dashboards, reports, or configurations

- Subscription periods already started

 

6. Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Requests should include:

- Customer name

- Date of purchase

- Description of the product or service

- Reason for the request (optional)

 

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by Estonian law, in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.
